Continued training for upcoming Shodan exam doing the various Kihon combination technques, Kata and review of Jiyu-Ippon Kumite for Jodan, Chudan, Maigeri and Yokogeri. Utillizing Kancho Kanazawa's Kumite system to develop Tenshin/Taisabaki.
